Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers permission prompts to your phone the instant the agent pauses. Reliable delivery at scale requires the paid Firebase tier, the free Spark tier simply doesn't cover it.

Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, and Google each ship CLI updates on their own schedule, often weekly, sometimes overnight, with new models, new slash commands, or breaking changes to hook formats. We are building a routing layer that decides which agent to use based on the task. Simple work goes to your local Ollama model at no cost. Requests that need more horsepower escalate to Claude, Gemini, or GPT automatically. You describe what you want; the agent figures out the rest. This is where the product is heading, and subscription revenue is what gets it built.
Common questions
? Is the Mac app or the Linux tool free? What does the subscription buy?
There is nothing to pay on the computer side: the Mac app and the Linux tool are free downloads. The product is the bridge to your phone, and that is what the subscription buys, in the phone app. It pays for the real-time infrastructure that carries every event to your phone and delivers the push notifications. Without a subscription the Mac app and the Linux tool still launch your agents exactly as before, but nothing reaches your phone, so on their own they do not do much. Think of them as the free half of a paid product.
? Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Mac app and the Linux tool continue to work regardless; you just won't receive mobile notifications.
? Can I switch between Personal and Pro?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade from Pro to Personal with more than 1 computer registered, existing machines are grandfathered: you won't be blocked, but you can't add new ones beyond the Personal limit until you remove the extras.
? Can I use the same subscription on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The mobile apps don't have their own sign-in, each one links to your account by scanning a QR code from your Mac or Linux machine. Whichever phone (iPhone or Android) you pair to that account picks up its subscription status automatically, regardless of which store the purchase was made through.
? Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, Google Play refunds by Google. We don't process refunds directly, and can't issue them ourselves even if we wanted to. One honest note: this is a small, self-funded team, and the real-time infrastructure behind every session (Firestore, push notifications) costs us money the moment it's used, refund or not. If something genuinely didn't work for you, please email us first at support@answersolutions.net. We'd much rather fix the problem than have you request a refund after real usage. For duplicate charges or honest mistakes, we'll do everything we can to help.
